Due to the high volume of orders and the limited availability of riders during Valentine’s Day, delivery times may be subject to significant delays. Therefore, the shop can only accept deliveries within a time window, not an exact delivery time.
The shop will begin calling riders approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour before the selected delivery time window, with deliveries arranged in order of the order queue. For example, if you select 9:00–12:00, the first rider may be called around 8:00–8:30.
Customers are required to stand by to receive the order. Alternatively, the flowers may be left at a restaurant or the destination location.
If leaving the flowers at a restaurant, please clearly provide the table name or reservation name in advance.
